1. Don’t be afraid of the pattern! This is Halloween, not everyday life, so don’t be shy about piling on the camo print. Don’t worry, everyone will know it’s for a costume! Since camo print has become one of fashion’s favorite motifs, featuring it only minimally would be too, well, everyday. If you want people trying to join your brigade, go big with it.

2. Don’t neglect your feet! A costume should be from head to toe, so please pair your look with the appropriate shoes. Finish off the cadet cutie costume with cool combat boots, or for a sexier look, slip into some camo print heels. You won’t actually be running in sand or trudging through mud, after all. (Unless your Halloweens are that wild.)

3. Don’t forget to accessorize! What takes a regular ol’ outfit into costume territory? Well, it’s all in the details. So play up your look with some aviator sunglasses, a bomber/souvenir jacket, maybe a faux leather cap or beret… Again, make sure it’s a full-body look. You may leave the house as an army of one, but you’ll end the night with plenty of recruits!
