So we’re gonna show you how to get this everyday bronzed-beauty look. Hey, I’m GoJane’s resident MUA, Kathleen Ty. And with my tote full of goodies, I’m about to serve you up some good face!In the Buff (or any bronzy-brown palette), Blush: Glisten (or any glittery pink blush) & Blissful (or any peachy blush), Bronzer: Park Avenue Princess, Lips: Hope (or any pink-berry lip color), Eyeliner: EmphasEyes Waterproof Eyeliner (or any liner in black or blue), Mascara: Lights Camera Lashes! c/o Tarte Cosmetics
Step 1: After creating a great canvas using your go-to primers, concealers and foundations, apply a bronzer to the cheeks, blending in an upward motion with a blush brush to help define the cheek bones.
Tip: I like to spoil the skin with warmth. So for that touch of definition, I chose a matte-based bronzer.
Step 2: Apply a peachy blush lightly over the defined area, starting from the apples of the cheeks.
Step 3: Apply a glittery-pink blush over the peachy shade, using the same method.
Tip: Using two types of blush colors will help bring dimension to your cheeks.
I chose a bronzy-brown palette consisting of golden neutrals. I call this particular quad my silky sand box.
Step 1: Apply a light ivory shadow all over the eyelid, starting from the brow line with a flat round brush.
Step 2: With a round dome brush, apply a medium taupe shadow from the outer corner of the eye- blending it all the way to the lash line.
Step 3: With a round dome brush, apply a darker shimmery-brown shadow from the corner of the eye- blending up towards the crease line.
Step 4: With a flat liner brush, apply the darker shimmery-brown shadow directly on the bottom lash line to add depth.
Tip: Shimmers are a great way to brighten up eyes, especially when you’re on-the-go or just want a quick pick-me-up around the eyes!
Step 5: Using a liner brush or an angled liner brush, apply black eyeliner from the inner corner of the eye sweeping it out in an angle.
Tip: Liner is a great way to bring out the eyes, by lining it as close as possible to the lash line it will give your eyes slight drama without overpowering the eyes. You can also switch it up by smudging and or lining the lash line with a different hue like blue.
Step 6: Apply two coats of mascara starting from the root of the lashes, sweeping it in an upward motion.
Tip: Apply the second coat while the first coat is still fresh for a more dramatic look.
Step 1: Apply a pink-berry lip color all around the lip line. Fill it in completely, starting from the center of the lip and pat to smooth it out.
Tip: For a less intense lip just dab it all over the lip for a light tint.
